The role
You'll own the delivery and reliability layer across client estates — AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes where it earns its place, plain VMs where it doesn't. We prize engineers who automate themselves out of toil and write runbooks the next person can actually follow.
What you will do
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and IaC (Terraform) across client environments
- Run observability stacks: metrics, logs, traces, and alerts tuned to signal
- Participate in on-call rotations with blameless post-incident discipline
- Drive FinOps reviews — find the 20–40% every estate is wasting
What we are looking for
- 3+ years DevOps/SRE on production systems
- Terraform, Linux fluency, and at least one major cloud in depth
- Container orchestration experience and the judgment for when not to use it
- Security instincts: least privilege, secrets hygiene, patch discipline
Nice to have
- PostgreSQL operations
- PM2/Node deployment patterns
- Compliance (SOC2/ISO) exposure
