Frequently asked questions
Straight answers before the first call
How engagements work, what things cost, who owns what, and where AI actually fits. If your question isn't here, the discovery call is free.
Working with Brihat
Every engagement starts with a discovery call, followed by a structured Understand phase — workshops, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews. We don't quote until we can describe your problem back to you better than the brief did. You receive a problem-definition document and a solution blueprint before any build commitment.
Services & capabilities
Custom LLM applications (RAG over your knowledge bases, copilots, document intelligence), AI agents that execute multi-step workflows, classic machine learning (forecasting, classification, anomaly detection), computer vision, and the MLOps infrastructure to run all of it reliably — with evaluation, audit trails, and cost controls built in.
Products & licensing
Licensed products (Brihat EHS, Communication Systems, Email Service, PeopleDesk, PMT) deploy on your infrastructure with a one-time license plus optional support — your data never leaves your environment. SaaS products (Brihat Books, Life OS) are cloud-hosted subscriptions we operate. Licensed products can also be customised to your workflows as part of the engagement.
Pricing & commercials
After the Define phase you receive a phased commercial structure — investment per phase, tied to delivered outcomes. Fixed-scope work is priced against the blueprint; dedicated teams are monthly; BOT combines build fees with an operate period. We don't publish rate cards because the honest price depends on the problem.
About the company
IRFC Invest is the investor application where Section 54EC bond investors view and track their holdings with IRFC. Brihat Infotech engineered the application — investor experience, secure platform architecture, and the foundations beneath it. Deeper platform capabilities remain under confidentiality, as appropriate for a national financial institution.

Still have a question?
Ask it on a discovery call — you'll get an engineer's answer, not a sales answer.
- No sales deck
- An engineer on the call, not an account manager
- NDA before you share anything
