What we collect
When you submit a form on this site — a project brief, consultation booking, job application, or newsletter signup — we collect the information you provide: name, contact details, company information, message content, and, for applications, your resume. We also collect standard analytics data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) through Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta Pixel.
How we use it
Enquiry and booking data is used solely to respond to you and manage our engagement pipeline. Application data is used for recruitment. Analytics data helps us understand how the site is used and improve it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties beyond the processors named above.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in our own database on infrastructure we control. Internal notifications are delivered via Telegram/Slack to our team. Resumes are stored privately and are accessible only to authenticated staff.
Your choices
You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@brihatinfotech.com. You can opt out of analytics using standard browser controls or extensions. Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe path.
Retention & security
We retain enquiry data for as long as a commercial relationship is plausible, and application data for up to 12 months unless you ask otherwise. Access to stored data is role-restricted and audit-logged.
